Life in the UK is changing at a huge rate and for the church it can feel bewildering. This is particularly true when we consider that over two thirds of the population have never been part of a church and are not beating a path to our door. We need leaders who are missionaries. We need leaders who are able to recreate church in new places. We need leaders rooted in the gospel and free to see how this works out in their context. What might the character, gifts and skills of such leaders look like? How do we develop and train people for this role?
